What a wonderful encounter between Frédéric Chopin, Vladimir Skomorokov, and the historic 1874 Erard piano.
Vladimir enchanted the audience on this evening, organized by the Sand Chopin Festival in La Seyne-sur-Mer.
After a beautiful homage to Chopin, Vladimir was invited back several times and received two encores.
This young and talented pianist enchanted us with a very personal version of Mozart’s Turkish March and, to conclude the concert, Rimsky-Korsakov’s Flight of the Bumblebee.
The festival is delighted to welcome him back next year, as announced by Festival President Chrystelle Di Marco.
